The moral report, pre-filled
For each Masonic year, Sodalis suggests the figures: meetings by degree, papers and their titles, initiations, affiliations, passings and raisings, resignations, exclusions and brethren passed to the Eternal East, membership at the start and end of the year, attendance, visitors received. The Orator's name comes from his record.
Every field stays free: when an entry differs from the calculated figure, a marker recalls Sodalis's suggestion, to be taken back in one click.
Close and print
The report moves from draft to closed. Closing it freezes its content and heading; it can be reopened for a correction.
The PDF is produced on each request, with the season dated in the Year of True Light, and is marked as a draft until the report is closed.
The lodge's papers
The Book of Architecture gathers the papers presented, with their document or summary. The meetings statistics show papers per speaker, brethren who have not yet presented one and meetings without a paper — enough to see, with the Worshipful Master, that everyone takes his share of the work.
Regulations at hand
The general regulations and the by-laws have their own folder in the lodge's binder, with earlier versions kept. Shared with all the brethren, they can be read from the home page; kept for the officers, they stay in the management area.
