A new meeting creates its agape; the attendance intentions declared by the brethren pre-fill the roll call in one click; an expense claim approved by the Treasurer can restock the lodge's inventory. Nothing has to be typed twice.
Figures follow the Masonic year, from September to August: the same season filter applies to the dashboard, attendance, finances and agapes.
Two spaces, one lodge
Every brother has a home page: the next meeting and its agenda, his attendance declaration, agape registration, news, polls, the calendar and the Book of Architecture. The officers appointed by the lodge also enter the management area.
Access is set by role — Member, Officer, Administrator — independently of the office a brother holds. Every meeting, agape, news item or document carries its own visibility.
Built for the life of a lodge
Sodalis is not a generic club-management tool adapted after the fact: its vocabulary, its documents and its rhythms are those of a lodge.

Discretion and data
Each lodge lives within its own data perimeter. The database is hosted in France, uploaded documents are stored in the European Union, and data is processed in accordance with the GDPR: the lodge is the data controller, Sodalis acts as its processor.
